Behind the Cos Blogs
Hello, I’m Gian Miranda, also known as Cos
I'm a student, hobbyist photographer, and collector who enjoys exploring different interests and trying new things.
When it comes to photography, I like taking pictures, experimenting with different shots, and seeing how they turn out. I also enjoy collecting coins, Pokémon cards, and other things that catch my interest.
Cos Blogs is my personal space on the internet, a little dream of mine where I can share my hobbies, collections, and whatever else I feel like putting out there. I guess it is my kind of space.
It all started during the 2020 pandemic. I was playing with the display name A_Cosplayer. Since it was a bit long, people started calling me "Cos" instead.
At first, I was honestly bothered by it, but over time, I got used to the nickname and eventually accepted it. And well, that's pretty much how I got the nickname "Cos".
Why Am I Called "Cos"?
My Corner
Why did I create this website?
This website serves as my portfolio, a place to showcase my photos and journeys, and an archive of things that have been part of my life. It's also where I put my unnecessarily ambitious projects, because apparently, I can't just keep things simple.
What inspired me?
A few people and even some bands inspired me to create this website and make things just for the fun of it. Leander Hoefler's photography has some really awesome shots, while Good Kid and TheBandFriday inspired me to create things simply because I enjoy doing them.
What do I like?
Music, especially indie (can't forget that), collecting things, photography, editing, creating, and learning new things. Just not academic things. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
Shoutouts!
Mafia Game, Spidermens, M-Waves, and of course, all my friends. (As if I didn't already mention almost all of them through those friend groups.) You guys deserve a spot here, too.
